外国籍のお子さんの下関市立学校への入学手続き（Procedures for admission to Shimonoseki City School for Foreign Children）

趣旨（Purpose）

　令和2年（2020年）4月2日から令和3年（2021年）4月1日生まれのお子さんは、令和9年（2027年）4月から日本における小学校入学の年齢となります。外国籍のお子さんで下関市立小学校へ入学を希望する場合は、下記により届出をしてください。

　なお、小学校入学年齢以上の場合でも、就学年齢の方で、下関市立学校への就学を希望する方は、下記の申請期間に関わらず、学校教育課へ随時ご相談ください。

　Children born between April 2, 2020 and April 1, 2021 will be the age of elementary school admission in Japan from April 2027. If you are a foreign child and wish to enter Shimonoseki Municipal Elementary School, please notify us as follows.

　In addition, even if they are of elementary school age or older, if you are of school age and wish to attend Shimonoseki City School, please consult with the School Education Division at any time regardless of the following application period.

持ってくるもの（Items necessary for the procedure)

　入学を希望する方の在留カードまたは特別永住者証明書

　Any one of the following. Your child`s  residence card or special permanent resident certificate.

申請期間　（Period during which procedures must be completed.）

　令和8年（2026年）9月1日～令和8年（2026年）9月30日（土曜日・日曜日・祝日は除く）

　From September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) to September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)　 (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
